Chilliwack Corn Maze Wedding : Hannah & Jason

Late last year I decided to make the decision to move away from shooting family photos in order to really focus on my love for wedding photography. With the help of my good friend and graphic designer, Chelsea, I re-branded and put forth my specialization in weddings. Part of my re-launch was a photography giveaway and Hannah & Jason were the lucky winners!! We hit it off fairly quickly and their easy going natures made for an engagement session that kinda rocked my socks off! I knew that night that these two would do great things on their wedding day and I can prove to you in a few short moments that they certainly don’t disappoint 😉

I maaaaay have gone a little overboard with the moody shots before allowing Hannah to leave for her first look 😉 The light was perfect, the setting was perfect – really, do you blame me???

And then it was off to the Chilliwack Corn Maze for their first look and formals!! Hannah really wanted her first look in this little orchard and we made it happen despite the high sun and lack of shade.

Poor Jason was sweating buckets at this point. It was 2pm, he was in a heavy black suit and his bride had just shown up looking H-O-T! But he manned up good and got through the formal part of pictures without a peep so he deserves props for that! And let it be known that I LOVE THESE PICS SO, SOOO MUCH!! Egad!!

After all the fun, we were off to the ceremony at Yarrow Canadian Reformed Church

After the ceremony and family pics I snapped these last few photos of the two lovebirds at a park right beside the church before departing for home! Again, the light and location were perfect and I just couldn’t resist!!! My FAVES!!

SO excited that my photography giveaway brought us together Hannah & Jason! You guys are awesome, with a capital A 🙂
